There are no warranties for the services provided hereunder, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall LLP be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or similar damages to any person or entity which exceed the total of all fees paid by customer to LLP under this agreement. LLP submits policy inquiries only. LLP does not file death claims.

- LLP and its employees are dedicated to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
- LLP maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard information.
- LLP restricts access to your personal, account and policy information to persons who need to know that information to provide you service. Policy Inquiry information means personal information regarding the deceased.
- LLP does not rent, sell or share your information with anyone.
